Please take note of the following details before completing your registration:
Conference Packages:
Full-Day Package: R1,375.00 (for the entire 3-day conference)
The full-day package includes all lunches, dinners, snacks, and a welcome bag for the duration of the conference.
Half-Day Package (Evenings Only): R790.00 (for the entire 3-day conference)
This package includes dinners and a welcome bag for all evening sessions during the conference.
Kids Package (Ages 3 – 12): R1,185.00 (for the entire 3-day conference)
The kids’ package includes all lunches, dinners, snacks throughout the conference as well as a welcome goody bag. In addition, a special and engaging kids’ program is being prepared to ensure the little ones have their own memorable conference experience!
Note: Children under 3 can attend for free; however, there will not be a dedicated kids’ program for them. Parents are welcome to use our Moms & Tots Room facilities. Older children (over 12) are invited to join the sessions with their parents and will require a full-price ticket.
Conference Details:
The conference will have two to three morning sessions, with tea and coffee breaks in between for refreshment and connection, ending with lunch. We begin with dinner in the evenings, followed by a session to close the day.
Upon registration, you’ll receive a full conference itinerary to help you prepare and make the most of the event.

This year, instead of our annual Encounter Camp, we are hosting churches from across the country and around the world for a special time of equipping, growth, and connection.
Think of it like our body-building weekends—but bigger! Multiple speakers, powerful sessions, and plenty of time to connect and deepen friendships—not just in our church, but globally!
